Warranty
FireFX wood-burning stoves purchased through an authorised stockist within its Expert Retailer Network have a standard two-year warranty, which can be extended to five years by registering the product with FireFX within one month of installation.
The extended warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Proof of purchase, commissioning and servicing may be required for a warranty claim. Parts and labour are covered during the first year; from one year to five years, cover is for eligible parts only. Consumable items and normal wear and tear are excluded.
