Thought I would send this e-mail to tell you what a complete difference the new fireplace and fire has made to our living room. They were very professional and caused no mess whatsover. They did a great job. Our new Rais log burner looks fantastic and the fitters were very efficient and completely professional. We are so pleased with the finished stove, hearth, plastering and fitting. We decided on Embers having considered others and chose Embers on price and Jason’s patience and helpful approach. The fitters were exemplary and left everything clean and tidy- they weren’t even phased when they found a live electric wire in the chimney breast! Just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with the service received during the recent installation of our new Sherbourne Marble Surround/Riven Slate Hearth & Panel/Montage NU Convertor Ultra HE. The installers were punctual, courteous and efficient and left no mess either. The finished job looks stunning (the double bonus being that we do not have to re-decorate the room either) and makes a real focal point to the living room and to say that we are ‘thrilled to bits’ with it, would be an understatement!
