Thought I would send this e-mail to tell you what a complete difference the new fireplace and fire has made to our living room. They were very professional and caused no mess whatsover. They did a great job. Our new Rais log burner looks fantastic and the fitters were very efficient and completely professional. We are so pleased with the finished stove, hearth, plastering and fitting. We decided on Embers having considered others and chose Embers on price and Jason’s patience and helpful approach. The installers were punctual, courteous and efficient and left no mess either.
