Were very helpful in helping us choose a fire compatible with our flue. The one we had was both illegal for the flue and ill fitted. The guys came round on time and proceeded to fit an immaculate fire and surround. Brilliant first class workmanship. I’d very highly recommend these guys.

From the moment we entered the showroom, Jason was extremely friendly & helpful. Whilst we had an idea of what type of fire we wanted, Jason spent time with us explaining our options and the features of different fires from each manufacturer. Just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with the service received during the recent installation of our new Sherbourne Marble Surround/Riven Slate Hearth & Panel/Montage NU Convertor Ultra HE. The installers were punctual, courteous and efficient and left no mess either. The finished job looks stunning (the double bonus being that we do not have to re-decorate the room either) and makes a real focal point to the living room and to say that we are ‘thrilled to bits’ with it, would be an understatement! Our new Rais log burner looks fantastic and the fitters were very efficient and completely professional. We are so pleased with the finished stove, hearth, plastering and fitting. We decided on Embers having considered others and chose Embers on price and Jason’s patience and helpful approach. The fitters were exemplary and left everything clean and tidy- they weren’t even phased when they found a live electric wire in the chimney breast! Our final price was way below other quotes and It has been a pleasure to find such an excellent company. I would highly recommend using Embers as you will not be disappointed.
